Three Bread Recipes for Your Bread Maker, ~  The following recipes under are for a bread maker but also can be finished inside the traditional way. Every recipe will make one and a half kilos.

Salt - 1 1/8 tea spoons

Cinnamon - three/4 teaspoon

Bread flour - 3 cups

Raisins - 1/2 cup

Dry yeast - 1 1/eight teaspoon

The recommended cycle for raisin bread is the candy bread cycle.
